Ross Muir

Ross Muir is a seasoned professional in health and safety management with a strong background in various industries, including utilities, manufacturing, and event safety. Currently serving as the Head of Health, Safety, and Sustainability at Jersey Electricity plc since April 2022, Ross has previously held positions such as Health and Safety Manager at Biogen (UK) Ltd and Health and Safety Advisor roles at both the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team and HSE Solutions. With expertise in health and safety management systems, training, and compliance, Ross has provided consultancy services and training through Initial Safety Training Ltd. Ross’s career also includes roles in maritime security and military service, complemented by a degree in Health and Safety Management from Glasgow Caledonian University.
