Jim Dougan

Jim Dougan is an experienced leader with significant contributions in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Principal at J. F. Dougan Consulting since February 2019, and President of Islington Golf Club since April 2021, Jim has also held advisory board positions at JET Infrastructure and Greenwood Mushrooms. Previous roles include Committee Member at CAMH and member of the Advisory Board at Instar Asset Management Inc. Jim's extensive background includes serving as President and COO at Falls Management Company, where responsibility for the development of the Fallsview Casino and Resort was held, and as Executive Vice President of Project Delivery at Infrastructure Ontario. Additional experience includes a long tenure as Chief Operating Officer at BFC Construction Group.
