Tracy Lawlor

Tracy Lawlor is chief strategy and business development officer for JetBlue.

In her role, Lawlor is responsible for developing enterprise strategy and leading the airline-wide, long-term business planning process that positions JetBlue to achieve its financial, operational, customer and culture goals. Additionally, she is responsible for driving enhanced earnings by extending and building on the strong JetBlue brand through several strategic development initiatives.

Lawlor joined JetBlue in 2001 as a senior financial analyst and has held a number of finance leadership roles, culminating as vice president, financial planning and analysis. She is also the chair of the board of JSX, an innovative, independent regional airline based in Dallas.

Prior to joining JetBlue, Lawlor worked in the corporate offices of The TJX Companies, Inc., parent of T.J. Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
