Greg Frankson

Greg Frankson is a highly experienced professional in equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), currently serving as the Manager of EDI at Jewish Family and Child Service since February 2024. As the Founder and CEO of Voice Share Inc., established in 2007, Greg specializes as a retention expert, offering training and advisory services across various sectors. Additionally, Greg holds positions as a Consulting Associate at Morten Group, LLC, and the Canadian Partnership Lead at Diversity Atlas, while also contributing as an Author, Editor, Commentator, Poet, and Spoken Word Artist in a self-employed capacity. Notable past roles include serving as a DEI & Anti-Racism Advisor for The Canadian Real Estate Association and a Public Imagination Fellow at the Public Imagination Network. Greg's academic background includes degrees from Queen's University and ESSEC Business School, along with a coaching certification from Ontario Tech University.
