At Alaska Communications, Kevin was responsible for all aspects of the company's supply chain, including the implementation of a LEAN culture that led to $22 million in savings within 9 months. Kevin also oversaw the launch of the iPhone in Alaska, which was the largest launch in company history. Kevin was a change agent for distribution production, generating $800,000 in savings on a $2.7 million annual budget by analyzing and improving shipment methods, items, and times.

Kevin has a proven track record of reducing costs and improving efficiency in the supply chain. Kevin has experience working with vendors and local unions, and is adept at managing large-scale projects.
