Uday is CFO at Jifflenow. Uday has also held key accounting, finance and operations roles with a number of other companies, including Cirrus Logic, Intel Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Uday also serves as Audit Committee Chairman of public and private companies in Silicon Valley.

Uday is a CPA and a Chartered Accountant and also holds DMA (MBA) from Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Bombay, India.
