Mark Thompson

Mark Thompson has extensive experience in the restaurant and franchise management sector, currently serving as Manager of Franchise Performance at Subway since May 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Performance Manager at Jimmy John's from April 2021. Mark has also served as District Manager at The Krystal Company from July 2019 to April 2021, and as Restaurant Manager at Cracker Barrel from January 2018 to July 2019. Additionally, Mark was Area Director at Captain D's between July 2014 and December 2017, and previously held the same position at The Krystal Company from April 2012 to July 2014. Mark's career began at Captain D's in 1997, where Mark served as Area Director until April 2012, following a tenure as Multi Unit Manager at Chick-fil-A Corporate from August 1994 to August 1997.
