Dr Ujjal Sengupta

Dr. Ujjal Sengupta is a seasoned HR leader with 25 years of experience in driving growth and fostering organizational culture, currently serving as the Business HR Lead for the West region at Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd, managing 4,000 employees. Prior to this, Dr. Sengupta held significant roles in various companies, including Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at HGS and Senior Manager at SPML Infra Limited. Dr. Sengupta's expertise spans multiple sectors, including ITES, telecom, and hospitality, with a strong focus on talent management, HR digitalization, and diversity and inclusion. Dr. Sengupta is also an alum of XLRI, where they completed an Executive Program in Talent Management.
