Rachel Iacano

Rachel Iacano (Matson) is an experienced marketing and project management professional with a strong background in packaging engineering and product development. Currently serving as Manager of Marketing Projects for Dunkin Retail & Coffee Customization at The J.M. Smucker Co. since October 2019, Rachel has previously held various roles at Mondelēz International, including Senior Project Manager for the NA Integrated Supply Chain in the Candy Category, where significant revenue increases and operational efficiencies were achieved. Rachel also contributed to sustainability efforts and managed productivity programs leading to considerable cost savings across multiple categories. Prior experience at Procter & Gamble involved delivering substantial cost savings and improving product quality and safety in packaging. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
