Erica Cuevas

Erica Cuevas serves as the Director of Education Policy and Advocacy at Jobs for the Future (JFF) since February 2017, where previous roles included Associate Director, Senior Policy Manager, and Policy Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Policy Advisor in the Office of the Under Secretary and as a Confidential Assistant in the Office of the Deputy Secretary at the U.S. Department of Education from July 2015 to January 2017. Additionally, Erica was a Public Policy Graduate Intern at Trellis Company and a Policy Intern at the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanics. Erica holds a Master of Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Sonoma State University.
