Taj Ahmad Eldridge

Taj Ahmad Eldridge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital and climate innovation. As Co-Founder and Venture Partner at Include Ventures since June 2021, Taj focuses on investing in funds led by women and people of color. Additional roles include Co-Founder and General Partner of a firm co-established with Bahiyah Robinson and Keith Spears, aimed at diverse sector investments. At Jobs for the Future, Taj currently serves as Managing Director for Climate Innovations, leading initiatives to foster economic mobility. Taj also holds directorial and investment positions at multiple companies, including Form Energy, NCX, and OYA Femtech Apparel, among others. An academic background includes a PhD in Geopolitical Economics from Claremont Graduate University and an MBA in International Business from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
