Anand Mehta

Anand Mehta is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience at John Deere since June 2011, currently serving as a Technical Lead. Achievements include leading teams to significantly enhance production efficiency and reduce waste through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, resulting in high daily output and on-time shipments. Prior roles at John Deere included Senior Lead Engineer, Delivery Manager, and Lead Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed improving production line effectiveness, managing project teams, and overseeing design activities for new product launches. Before John Deere, Anand held positions at CLAAS, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd., and Omax Autos Ltd., focusing on production management and operations. Anand holds a Master of Technology in Advanced Manufacturing and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
