Dhanaselvan Thamilarasan has over a decade of experience in the field of product development and testing at John Deere, where responsibilities include leading testing for the global 5E Utility tractor, overseeing new product validation and verification, and ensuring compliance with rigorous standards across diverse markets. Dhanaselvan has held various roles, including Project Lead Testing for 5E/5M PLMT and Manager of Product Validation, facilitating collaboration between marketing, design, and testing teams. Prior to John Deere, Dhanaselvan gained experience at Ashok Leyland as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and a Diploma Engineer Trainee. Education includes a PGDBM from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, a Bachelor of Technology in Mechatronics from SRM University, and a Diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from PSG Polytechnic College.
