Steven Dawson

Steven Dawson currently serves as the Regional Director of Marketing at the France-Merrick Performing Arts Center, overseeing marketing and revenue generation for various programming, including Broadway tours. Prior to this role, Steven held multiple positions at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, culminating in the Director of Marketing role, where responsibilities included directing marketing efforts for diverse performing arts programs. Additional experience includes board membership at The Arlington Chorale and positions on the Steering Committee for Emerging Arts Leaders DC, along with marketing roles at Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company and leadership in the Emerging Arts Leaders Symposium. Steven holds a Master's degree in Arts Management from American University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Brewton Parker College.
