Nisansala Paranayapa has extensive experience in human resources and management, holding key positions at notable companies. At John Keells Holdings PLC, which spanned from October 2015 to June 2017, Nisansala served as Assistant Vice President of HR within the Consumer Foods Sector and later as Chief People Officer at Union Assurance PLC, as well as Senior Vice President at John Keells Holdings. Prior to this, Nisansala was the Manager of HR & Employee Relations at Ansell Lanka Pvt Limited from August 2013 to September 2015 and held the position of Manager-Legal & General Admin at Ceylon Grain Elevators PLC, Prima Group, Sri Lanka from July 2006 to July 2013. Academically, Nisansala holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with Second Class (Hons) from the University of Colombo and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the same institution, complemented by qualifications as an Attorney at Law from Sri Lanka Law College.
