Ariam Enraght-Moony

Ariam Enraght-Moony has a strong background in HR and talent management. Ariam currently works as the Group HR Director at John Laing. Previously, they held the role of Talent Director at Winton from 2016 to 2020. Before that, they served as a Sr HR Business Partner at Google, where they played a key role in developing people strategies and supporting business objectives. Prior to Google, Ariam worked at Goldman Sachs as the VP-EMEA Global Leadership and Diversity, where they designed and delivered strategic talent management initiatives and promoted diversity and inclusion across the organization.

From 1996 to 2000, Ariam Enraght-Moony attended Queen's University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BaH) degree with a focus on Political Science and International Development.
