Grant Dicianni

Grant DiCianni is a highly experienced professional in emergency management and business continuity, currently serving as the Director of Emergency Management & Business Continuity at JPS Health Network since June 2025. With a career spanning over a decade, Grant has led various initiatives in disaster response through roles at Rescue and Relief International and BCFS Health & Human Services, among others. Additional experience includes serving as Planning Section Chief for FEMA, Team Commander for the Idaho Incident Management and Support Team, and Emergency Management Director for Nez Perce County. The early career involved founding ChristChurch-Temecula and presiding over Tapestry Productions, a creative communications company. Grant holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from DePaul University.
