Matthew Osborne-Smith

Capacity Development Center Director at JSI

Matthew Osborne-Smith has been with JSI since 2004. His technical expertise includes program management, new business development, capacity development, health system strengthening, market development, and monitoring and evaluation. Matthew is the senior advisor for the USAID Supporting an AIDS-Free Era Program and USAID electronic Supply Chain Management Information System Program, both of which are in Zambia, and director of the JSI/World Education Center for Capacity Development. Matthew serves as the lead advisor to John Snow Health Zambia, Ltd., JSI's affiliate in Zambia. Before JSI, he worked for Partners In Health, Mercy Corps, and U.S. Peace Corps, and was based in Indonesia, Tajikistan, and Lesotho. Matthew has an MBA in global health from the Heller School at Brandeis University.
