Justin D. McDaid

Justin D. McDaid, CFE, CIA, MAcc, MBA, currently serves as Market Cash Leader at Johnson Controls since September 2024. Previously, Justin held the position of Financial Reporting Analyst/Internal Controls & Compliance at Taylor Forge Engineered Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included the development and implementation of compliance programs. Justin's extensive experience in internal audit was gained while serving as Director of Internal Audit Services at Johnson County Community College, overseeing a significant annual budget, leading audits, and presenting findings to management and trustees. Prior roles included Principal Auditor at the Office of the City Auditor in San Diego and Fraud Investigator at the California State Auditor, where Justin conducted complex audits and investigations. Justin holds an M.B.A. from the University of Kansas and additional degrees in Business Administration and Accountancy from California State University-Sacramento, Sacramento City College, and Emporia State University.
