Kalpesh Vyas

Kalpesh Vyas has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head HR at the Finance Shared Service Centre of Johnson Controls in Pune since July 2019. Prior to this role, Kalpesh worked at Adient from October 2016 to June 2019 as a Human Resources Business Partner for India Manufacturing Operations and HR Head for the India Tech Centre. Kalpesh's career in human resources began at Tata Johnson Controls Automotive Ltd, where a tenure from February 2003 to March 2013 led to the position of Deputy General Manager - Human Resource, followed by a role as General Manager - Human Resource at Johnson Controls Automotive Ltd from April 2013 to September 2016. Kalpesh holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource from the Karve Institute of Social Service.
