Paul Gioioso is the Vice President of Worldwide Engineering & Property Services at Johnson & Johnson. Paul has been with the company since November of 2019 and is responsible for a global team that plans and delivers J&J's enterprise footprint transformation. This includes over 1000 real estate holdings in commercial, R&D, administration, and supply chain sites. Paul is also responsible for leading the real estate acquisition and divestiture processes for the corporation.

Prior to their current role, Paul was the Vice President of Global Real Estate at Johnson & Johnson from May of 2018 to November of 2019. In this role, they led an organization that managed end-to-end footprint operations for the Americas portfolio in 20 countries. This included 30 million square feet of space and 250 properties that supported 65,000 J&J employees. Paul's annual budget responsibility was $1.3 billion.

Before their time as Vice President, Paul was the Head of the Manila Global Service Center from September 2015 to July 2016.

Paul Gioioso's educational career includes a MS in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University in the City of New York, an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.
