Ian Woodcock MEng CEng FIChemE is a seasoned professional in the field of chemical engineering with extensive experience in commercial licensing and business development. Currently serving as Senior Commercial Licensing Manager at Johnson Matthey since March 2022, Ian previously held the position of Licensing Specialist at IT Woodcock Consulting Limited, a company founded by Ian in 2020 focused on international technology transfer. Prior to that, Ian had a long tenure at INVISTA, where roles included Licensing Manager and Regional Licensing Manager, overseeing licensing processes in various global regions. Ian's career began at Foster Wheeler Energy Ltd as a Process Engineer and progressed through senior engineering and management roles at ICI and DuPont. Ian holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
