Matthew Miller

Matthew Miller, P.E., DBIA, serves as a Program Manager and Associate at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, where responsibilities include support for the TxDOT Alternative Delivery Division as Deputy Program Manager on a $20MM Procurement Engineering contract. Prior experience includes roles as Program Manager II and Program Manager I at BGE, Inc., overseeing significant projects such as the $2B Southeast Connector and the $900M Grand Parkway extension. Matthew held the position of Project Manager at Lamb-Star Engineering, contributing to the $847MM Southgate Constructors project while also acting as Construction Coordinator for a $90MM DFW Airport project.
