Gina Lim

Gina Lim is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as an Executive Member at Pavilion since August 2022, Gina previously held the position of VP of Sales & Marketing at ABGi USA from December 2024 to April 2025, focusing on strategic growth initiatives and fostering a high-performance culture. As Managing Director at KBKG from June 2014 to December 2024, Gina led the development and execution of the National Sales Plan, overseeing all sales activities and business development efforts. Earlier roles at Paychex included Senior Sales Consultant, where Gina increased market share in Pasadena, CA, and at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an Assistant Branch Manager, responsible for operational plans and client relationship management. Gina holds a Bachelor's Degree from UCLA and has completed additional studies at the University of Italian Studies for Foreigners and UCLA Extension.
