Max Madama

Max Madama is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in driving revenue growth and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Forterro, Max focuses on value creation through sales and EBITDA, as well as go-to-market strategy execution. As a member of the Pavilion community, Max contributes expertise as a Chief Revenue Officer. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Global Revenue Growth at Elsevier, where Max achieved doubled year-over-year growth, and Vice President of Business Operations for EMEA at NICE Ltd, where significant expansion into cloud and analytics solutions was driven. Max's previous experience includes leadership roles at HPE Aruba Networking, Vodafone Global Enterprise, and Western Digital, along with a strong foundational career in transaction and advisory services. Max holds a Master's degree in Finance and Business Administration from Brown University and Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
