Rich Nigro

Rich Nigro currently serves as an Executive Member at Pavilion, a private membership organization focused on the professional development of revenue leaders in high-growth companies, since September 2022. In addition, Rich holds the position of VP, Sales at ScyllaDB, where efforts are directed towards delivering predictable performance at scale with ultra-low latency capabilities. Previously, Rich spent nearly a decade at Oracle Corp., advancing from Sr. Director of MySQL Sales - Americas to positions of increasing responsibility, including overseeing growth in both Enterprise and SMB sales, fostering collaboration, and enhancing customer success. Rich's career began at Sun Microsystems as a Senior Account Manager, managing OEM and MySQL Service Provider Business in North America. Rich holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
