Seth Olsen

Seth Olsen currently serves as the Country Manager for Northern Europe at MicroStrategy, where responsibilities include regional growth initiatives and leading various Go-To-Market teams. Previously, in the role of Country Manager for UKI & Nordics, notable achievements included a 70% year-over-year increase in license revenue and a 300% increase in new business revenue, earning accolades such as Presidents Club and the Sales Leadership Award from Electric Company. Olsen has also been involved with EliteGTM and Pavilion as an executive member, focusing on sustainable growth strategies and revenue architecture. Prior experiences include significant roles at Snowflake, Birst, and Revenue Collective, where Olsen consistently exceeded sales targets and contributed to business development and operational leadership. Olsen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder and has also studied at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
