Shauna McLoughlin

Shauna McLoughlin has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as an Executive Member at Pavilion since October 2025 and as VP of Customer Success at Wayground since September 2024. Prior roles include VP of Customer Success at BrainPOP from February 2018 to April 2024, Engagement Director at Ellevation Education from October 2016 to February 2018, and Director of Account Management at Schoology from March 2015 to September 2016. Shauna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish/Latin American Studies from the College of the Holy Cross and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, completed in January 2020.
