Stephen Baker

Stephen Baker is an accomplished business operations executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as VP of Business Operations at AVK-SEG LTD since November 2023, Stephen has also been an executive member at Pavilion since October 2020. Prior positions include Head of Revenue Operations at Kitt, Revenue Consultant at Shackle, and VP of Business Operations & GTM at Festicket, where Stephen exited following its acquisition by Lyte. Other notable roles include Commercial Director at TuneRelease, Growth Advisor at LearnUpon, and Sales Development Manager at Eventbrite, where Stephen held multiple positions including Site Lead for Ireland. Additionally, Stephen served as Chairman of BITA-X and worked as an Academic Advisor in the Social Studies Department. Academically, Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Criminology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science from University College Cork, along with earlier education from Colaiste An Phiarsaigh.
