Alvin Donaldson

Alvin Donaldson is currently a recruiting at Jopwell. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition Analyst at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) from August 2018 to April 2019. In that role, they coordinated all contacts between candidates and recruiter/hiring manager, including setting up phone screens, arranging travel for candidates, on-site interviews, on-campus event planning, and building of candidate sources. Alvin also managed and supported DTCC's Internship and Pipeline Program for over 120+ available roles across 10+ business functions.

Donaldson has a long history of working in various roles related to recruiting and HR coordination. Alvin has experience working with clients globally in Chennai, Manila, London, Wrexham, and the U.S. In their most recent role, they were responsible for facilitating interviews that probe director level candidates on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
