Erin Haywood

Erin Haywood is currently a Recruiter at Jopwell. Prior to their current role, Erin was a Client Success Manager at Jopwell, where they managed and retained a book of business of 16 clients, including Fortune 500 companies like Facebook. Erin also spearheaded a strategic partnership project with 15+ NY Career Centers and organized the first-ever DEI mixer with an 80% attendance rate and 100% positive participant feedback score.

Before their time at Jopwell, Erin was the Founder of Powered By Purpose, a career education organization. Erin also served as a Career Engagement Educator at UCLA, where they advised students on their career development and created data-driven presentations for Quarterly Business Review meetings with clients. Erin began their career as a Career Graduate Intern at UCLA.

Erin holds a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA.

Erin Haywood has a Master's Degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Loyola Marymount University. Erin also has a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from San Francisco State University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Ethnic Studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
