Brad Waters

Brad Waters has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Preconstruction Manager for Central Texas and Houston at Jordan Foster Construction since October 2014. Prior roles include Senior Estimator positions at Embrey Partners from March 2012 to September 2014 and at Journeyman Construction from March 2002 to February 2012. Brad Waters holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, with a focus on Finance and Real Estate, from the University of Texas, obtained between 1986 and 1990.
