Roy Meltzer is the Chief Corporate Development Officer at JoyTunes. Meltzer has over fifteen years of experience in business development and investor relations.

Meltzer began their career as a Vice Editor and Capital Market Columnist for Globes. Roy then spent seven years as the Vice President of Business Development for IDB Development Corporation. In 2014, Meltzer transitioned to private investments before joining Frutarom as the Vice President of Business Development & Investor Relations in 2015.

In their current role at JoyTunes, Meltzer is responsible for leading and executing all aspects of JoyTunes’ corporate development initiatives.

Roy Meltzer is currently a PhD student in philosophy at Bar-Ilan University. Roy holds a Bachelor of Arts from The Open University of Israel in philosophy and history, and a Master of Business Administration from The Open University of Israel in finance and management.
