Erick Koster

Erick Koster is an experienced construction and operations professional with a strong background in managing complex projects and leading teams. Currently serving as an Assistant Superintendent at JPI, Erick is responsible for framing, material scheduling, inventory management, and site logistics for a $100 million multifamily construction project. Previously, as a Superintendent at Dominium, Erick led a team of over 70 workers in the rehabilitation of a 140-unit complex and managed various operational aspects, including conflict resolution and subcontractor coordination. Additional roles include Commercial Operations Manager at Community Waste Disposal, where Erick oversaw a $28 million P&L and a team of 37 employees, and Operations Supervisor at Republic Services, responsible for a $30 million P&L and a large team of drivers. Erick's diverse experience spans across multiple industries, demonstrating strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
