Dawn Newton, PHR, is a strategic and results-oriented Senior HR Business Partner with over twenty years of experience. Dawn has successfully led talent acquisition, employee engagement, and human resource management across various organizations, including JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they currently serve as Vice President - Americas Employee Relations Partner. Previously, Dawn held leadership roles at Edelman, The Marketing Arm, and Dynata, contributing significantly to employee relations and organizational development initiatives. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice at Midwestern State University, Dawn is dedicated to fostering a positive employee experience while driving business goals.
