Ellen Goldberg

Ellen Goldberg is the Executive Director and Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase, specializing in technology transactions, intellectual property, and cybersecurity law. Previously, they held attorney positions at Greenberg Traurig and Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP, focusing on information technology and intellectual property. Ellen is currently pursuing a J.D. at Fordham University School of Law and has a B.A. in International Affairs and East Asian Studies from Princeton University, while also having attended The Dalton School.
