Rob Scales

Rob Scales is the Chief Data & Analytics Officer for Corporate Responsibility at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they focus on process efficiency improvements, project management, and data analysis. Previously, Rob held various positions at JPMorgan Chase, including Vice President and Associate, managing teams and analyzing business operations. Rob began their career as a Junior Analyst at Social Science Automation, where they worked on threat assessments and provided intelligence analysis for government clients. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Executive Management from Ohio University.
