Seth Jaskoviak currently serves as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Corporate and M&A Law at JPMorgan Chase since October 2021. Prior to this role, Seth accumulated significant experience as an Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from September 2015 to October 2021, after initially serving as a Law Clerk at the same firm from September 2014 to May 2015. Earlier legal experience includes a position as a Summer Law Clerk for Chief Justice Nathan L. Hecht at the Supreme Court of Texas from May 2014 to July 2014. Seth's career also includes a role as an Assistant Language Teacher for the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program(me) from July 2007 to September 2010. Seth holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from SMU Dedman School of Law (2011-2015) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from UC Irvine (2002-2006).
