Gianny B.

Gianny B. is an experienced professional in construction management and design, currently serving as Sr. VDC Manager at JRM Construction Management since March 2016, where leadership of a team of VDC professionals on various projects and organizational initiatives is a primary responsibility. Previously, Gianny worked as VDC Manager for Tishman Construction, overseeing MEP coordination for the Hudson Yards Retail Podium and other significant projects. At Tishman, involvement in the World Trade Center Retail construction project as a BIM coordinator included coordinating complex MEP systems while addressing deadlines and design changes. Early career experiences include roles as an industrial designer at Gratz Industries, where Gianny led concept design and client consultations, and as an intern at Forrest Perkins and Admiral Green Landscaping, focusing on vendor relations and design development. Gianny holds a BFA in Interior Architecture from the Academy of Art University and completed a Pre-College program in Architecture at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
