Hassan Z. Al Garni Ph.D, CEM®️ serves as an Associate Professor and has held various academic leadership roles at Jubail Industrial College since March 2008, including College Deputy for Planning and Development and Chairman of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology Department. Additionally, Al Garni worked as an Instrumentation and Control Instructor at Concordia University from September 2013 to June 2018 and gained practical experience in instrumentation and control systems maintenance at SABIC from November 2001 to April 2006. Al Garni holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Systems Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from Concordia University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Toledo.
