Alain Dettling

Alain Dettling has over two decades of experience in the finance sector, currently serving as the Head of Investment Equity Specialists and Head of Event Driven Research & Investment Solutions at Julius Baer since July 2010. In this role, Alain focuses on thematic and cross-asset class investment solutions as well as managing top-down and bottom-up market events. Prior to this, Alain worked at Bank Vontobel AG from October 2006 to July 2010 as an Investment Consultant and held various roles at Dresdner Bank Schweiz AG, including Securities Dealer from August 1999 to October 2006, specializing in equities, options, and futures. Alain holds a Master of Business Administration from Kaderschule Zürich, earned between 2000 and 2003.
