Hisham Osman

Hisham Osman is a seasoned data engineer with extensive experience in leading data engineering initiatives across various sectors, including energy and financial services. Currently serving as a Data Engineer at JUMO since October 2024, Hisham previously held the position of Lead Data Engineer at Worldreader, where contributions to data strategy were critical for poverty-ending initiatives in West Africa. Earlier roles include Data Engineering Lead at PEGAfrica, where strategic direction was provided for an innovative social enterprise, along with foundational experiences at DIADAA, where a user-friendly online platform for farm produce logistics was developed. Hisham has also shared expertise as a Data Engineering and Machine Learning Tutor at Blossom Academy and worked as a Software Engineering Consultant for a television channel. A Bachelor of Science in Mathematics was obtained from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
