Jinia Chanda

Jinia Chanda has extensive experience in employee experience and human resources, currently serving as Associate Director of Employee Experience at Junglee Games since May 2019, after holding various managerial roles within the same company. Prior to that, Jinia worked as a Human Resources Manager at CARS24 for a brief period in 2018, and began the career at Junglee Games in various HR capacities from 2015 to 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition at Snapdeal and Senior Executive in Human Resources at Aptara Inc (iEnergizer) from 2012 to 2014. Jinia also completed internships at Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd and Ashok Leyland in 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work in HR & Industrial Relations from Christ University, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Presidency College, Kolkata.
