Beverly Kramer

Beverly Kramer, SPHR, is an accomplished senior manager in labor relations and human resources, currently spearheading initiatives at Just Born, Inc. since June 2025. With a robust background in human resources management across various industries, Beverly has previously held key roles at Danone, where support for union manufacturing operations was provided, and at Nestlé Professional North America, leading corporate human resources efforts. Experience includes multi-division support at Land O'Lakes, full-cycle human resources management at PepsiCo and Kraft Foods, and communication management at Alcoa Engineered Products. Beverly holds a Master of Science in Organizational Management with a specialization in Human Resources from Misericordia University, a Bachelor of Arts in English from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Schuylkill.
