Melissa Mak is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently, Melissa serves as a Staff Product Designer at Justworks since April 2021, having previously held the title of Senior Product Designer. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Product Designer at Summer, where Melissa was instrumental in leading user research and collaborating across teams to enhance borrower experiences. At frog, Melissa contributed to design research and service design, focusing on key client projects within financial services and healthcare. As a Senior Design Consultant at Doblin, Melissa directed various innovative projects, employing a human-centered design approach to complex problem-solving. Additional experience includes positions at Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh, where exhibition design skills were developed, and internships that refined design capabilities and strategy development.
