Steve Bauerfeind

With an ever-creative approach to marketing and operations, Steve brings nearly 20 years of management and business growth to the JYBE team. He advises on all aspects of branding for JYBE, from creative ideas and app integration to web design and social media.

For the past 18 years, Steve has managed and led the growth of Bauie and RAD Media into premiere, full-service production companies for still photography and full motion commercials in Southern California. With an experienced team of production professionals in Los Angeles and capabilities to handle production demands nationally and globally, Steve oversaw more than 160 production days in 2018 across the United States as well as in Europe and Japan.

Bauie and RAD are beginning to work with clients on creative content as well as production, providing value-added service in the beauty and fashion industries. Steve is also a contributing producer at PrettyBird, a leading Los Angeles production company where he periodically works with marquis photographers upon request. Previously, Steve was an apprentice editor at DreamWorks Animation for two years and prior to that he worked as Steven Spielberg’s production assistant at Amblin Entertainment. Steve holds a B.A. from the University of California, Davis in Fine Arts.
