Muhammad Saad Awan is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with a strong background in human resources. Currently serving as the Manager Talent Acquisition at K-Electric since May 2022, Muhammad leads recruitment for the Generation and Transmission function while managing stakeholder relationships. Previously held the position of Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition at K-Electric and Talent Acquisition Lead for the Electronics Business at Lucky Motor Corporation Limited. Muhammad’s experience at Engro Energy Limited as an Officer Talent Acquisition included end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. An initial role as an HR Coordinator at K-Electric provided foundational experience in HR operations. Muhammad holds an MBA in Human Resource from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Khadim Ali Shah Bukhari Institute of Technology.
