Adrian has over 30 years' executive level experience in Engineering, Defence and strategic planning within Australia.

Adrian held roles at both Telstra Applied Technologies and Rheinmetall Defence. He also led Sydac into the global marketplace growing it into the number 2 supplier of railway simulation solutions by market share, before selling the company to Knorr Bremse in 2009.

Adrian is Principal of Sageur, a boutique management consultancy providing advice to corporate executives in managing their high growth businesses. Adrian is also a Non-Executive Director of UniSA Ventures, Myriota and Universal Motion Simulators.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
