Amir Bigdeli is a seasoned electrical engineer with a comprehensive background in satellite systems and electronic design, holding key roles at notable companies including K2 Space Corporation, Amazon, and Tesla. Currently serving as the Lead Electrical Engineer at K2 Space Corporation, Amir specializes in designing high-efficiency power converters and motor controllers for satellites. Previous experience includes leading architecture and implementation at Amazon's Project Kuiper and managing cross-functional teams at Tesla focused on safety-critical vehicle electronics. Amir holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, complemented by various engineering internships and research roles, showcasing a robust skill set in power electronics, PCB design, and system validation across multiple industries.
