Michael B. Sudikoff

Michael B. Sudikoff, CPA, currently serves as the Director of SEC Reporting at Kadant since July 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Iron Mountain from June 2014 to July 2022, culminating in the role of Senior Manager, Accounting (External Reporting). Michael also has experience as a Financial Reporting Contractor at Sun Life Financial and as Manager, Financial Reporting at Intergen, where responsibilities included preparing consolidated US GAAP financial statements and coordinating statutory filings. Earlier in the career, Michael served as Manager, External Reporting at Staples, with a focus on SEC filings and compliance, and worked at BDO Seidman, LLP and Grant Thornton, where audit engagements for public and private entities were managed. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bentley University.
